Welcome to Acting Up
Our qualified and experienced teaching staff recognises that all pupils are unique individuals and all learn in different ways, at different paces and to different levels. These factors are considered in our teaching, therefore we are able to achieve our main aim to, 'develop confidence and raise self - esteem in young people' 
Training is offered to children and young adults from 2 to 18 years, our Early Stages class is extremely popular and is made up of children aged 2 to 4 years and takes place over a 2-hour period. During this time pupils get a little taster of Dance, Drama and Music. Early Stages pupils have a secure outdoor play area to enjoy at break time, our teacher pupil ratio for Early Stages is 1:3.
When pupils reach the age of 5yrs they then study Dance, Drama and Music in separate subject areas, with individual teachers.
Class sizes are restricted to no more than 15 pupils per group, with one qualified teacher and a classroom assistant to give extra support to pupils. The teacher pupil ratio is one of the key elements in Acting Up’s success.
